Cannot recommend this place enough! Appointments were available within days instead of weeks, they were very transparent, fairly priced, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. They were also very quick to complete the work. As a woman, I often feel that mechanics and auto shops try to take advantage and sell me on unnecessary repairs, but Bradshaw’s was incredible! I will absolutely be back in the future.

We called about six different places to get quotes for an oil change (full synthetic). Bradshaw's was one of only two places that quoted less than $75, and it was the more affordable of those two places. They were also able to get us scheduled within a week. The employees were direct, helpful, and friendly. Overall, it cost less than $30 (not including the oil/filter). This also included a multi-point inspection, which didn't end up recommending any additional services, which we really appreciate. Also, as a plus, there are a few coffee shops within walking distance to go while you wait. Highly recommend Bradshaw's for an affordable, quality oil change.

I had a few problems on my truck I had paid another mechanic to fix and was broken again within weeks. I went to Bradshaw because it was close to home. They got my truck running again quickly and affordable. These guys know what they're doing and we're helpful and friendly. If I ever need any work done I'm coming back to them in a heart beat. I gave them this old T.V. that's been in a closet for years. Because this is a much better home.

This is probably the first place in a few decades that I’ve gone to and left feeling overly positive about. They were kind, honest, even paid for a ride to get me home after dropping off my vehicle. Pricing was fair and the work so far seems to be excellent quality. I didn’t feel they jumped to the most expensive fixes or tried to upsell me on anything extra. Would recommend 100%

My car broke down in Portland but I don't live there so I had to do some remote coordinating and Shannon at Bradshaw's was an absolute dream to work with! In a world of other shops leaving me asking more questions than I got answered, Shannon was delightful, honest, and attentive! Not to mention, they got the work done quickly and reasonably and through the process they were all super communicative and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone!! Every business needs a Shannon!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Either incompetence, laziness, shear disregard or techs are overworked but I took used vehicle here to do a pre-purchase inspection. Well alot of things they said were completely fine and "passed"ended up not being fine. Do not trust this place!!!

Had gone to two different mechanics over the course of months to get to the bottom of an annoying chirping squeaking sound my car was making. I had a feeling it was break related but both told me it didn’t have to do with my breaks. Got recommended this spot. With the initial diagnostic they told me it had to do the my dust covers(?) touching my rotors but right when I left their shop the sound started up again. I called back to let them know the sound was still happening and they immediately let me come back by to tinker around some more. They finally determined that this little metal piece with my breaks (I don’t remember what it was called) was coming between my breaks and rotor and was the source of all the noise. It’s been a couple of days since and NO NOISE! I can’t believe they got rid of it and gave me back my (and everyone I drove by’s) sanity! I also appreciate that they text you their diagnosis, the option to approve recommended repairs and payment plans. I love this shop forever.

I love this place! It is so comforting not to have to worry about being taken advantage of or being overcharged or racism. In this day and age AWESOME customer service is a rarity. Bradshaw’s scores a 10 any day of the week. From the phone interaction to the in person meet when I picked up the vehicle the service was consistently good. Then to top it off the work done on my vehicle was complete, thorough and professional. Many thanks to John! I hope you all are successfully running Bradshaws for years to come. Blessings!

I really appreciated the way Bradshaw's handled a water intrusion issue with my car. They worked with me when I was worried it was still leaking and went above and beyond to help try to dry the car out. John was especially patient and helpful. Would definitely return in the future with any auto repair needs.

Setting appointments is VERY easy and communication is great. Work is warrantied and done professionally. This shop has turned out to be a great replacement for my retired mechanic of 20 years. They're certainly worth a try if you're in need of good work on your vehicles.

Amazing staff, great customer service, and I'm so very appreciative they were able to diagnose the problem with my car and have it repaired same day. Of course, not always possible depending on parts and labor, but able to do on the fly. Strongly recommend- and can take payments online, which while I'm at work makes it so much easier. Efficient, honest, thorough, and competent. I totally trust Bradshaw and its excellent staff. They pointed out that my tires needed to be replaced when I went there for a winter tune-up, and they were right. They offered to do the job, but in truth, I've been waiting for this day because I smile every single time I go past Lovely Tires and Wheels on SE 82nd, and I welcomed the chance to support another small business. Lovely Tires! It's the owner's surname, but I think of Alexander McCall Smith every time I see that name.

They were friendly, professional, and transparent about everything. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated that there were no pushy sales tactics. Pricing was very reasonable. My car died on me and these guys came recommended by my neighbor. I was able to bring my car in to get looked at, diagnosed, and fixed quickly. They were very easy to communicate and work with. I’d been looking for a new mechanic to go to, and after this experience I will absolutely be returning.

This review is way overdue because I've been going to these guys for auto service for years and you should absolutely make them your auto repair shop! I am not a "car guy" at all, and have to trust my mechanic not to take advantage of my lack of automotive expertise. I have complete faith in Bradshaw's. They've always been straight shooters and have never steered (no pun intended) me wrong. John at the front desk is always upfront and never oversells their service 100% 5-star service!

I needed an alternator and battery, my car died on a work day. After looking at reviews and the recommendation by AAA, I chose Bradshaws to call. They got my car in fast the next day. They were easy to communicate with and polite, answered my questions. So far my car seems to be running great since they worked on it. I'd probably go back there for these reasons, even though I was told by some people that the price they charged was a little high. Sometimes it's worth the peace of mind, and their recent reviews were great so I felt confident in letting them work on my car.

Made an appointment for 8 AM this morning and asked approximately how long it was going to be. They said it would be about an hour and a half so I went over grabbed coffee and waited for two hours with no call. Walked back over to ask if they had an estimate for how much longer it would be and not only had they not started, but said that they had no plans to start that one for quite some time. I just left
