Portland Auto Repair

They did a great and trustworthy job. I'd hire more people to take over tasks I feel compelled to do myself, if they did such a good job as Bradshaws has done for me over the years.

Honest, fast, and friendly. Bradshaw's got my car taken care of and I'll definitely be back!

Shannon and the team are always fantastic. Thank you!

Always speedy and thorough. Friendly and affordable.

Very nice people.

I write positive review

Great service! Awesome people to work with! Professional, ethical, trustworthy, friendly!

Efficient, friendly, meticulous, as always.

I was dreading the DEQ testing process and found bradshaw’s through the DEQtoo website because it was closest to my house. I scheduled online and when I came in for my appointment it took maybe 5 minutes. No upselling or extra charges. Fantastic experience, in and out quick and efficient. Thank you!

Fast, friendly, honest, and overall great service! Called Friday re bad AC in 2009 Forester. Got me an appt the following Monday, 8am dropoff. I got a text at 9:30am (90 mins later!) letting me know they fixed it, tested it, and that I could pick it up after 10am. Probably the best auto shop experience in my life.

timely and thorough.

Very happy with your service on fixing our passenger rear window

Cannot recommend this place enough! Appointments were available within days instead of weeks, they were very transparent, fairly priced, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. They were also very quick to complete the work. As a woman, I often feel that mechanics and auto shops try to take advantage and sell me on unnecessary repairs, but Bradshaw’s was incredible! I will absolutely be back in the future.

We called about six different places to get quotes for an oil change (full synthetic). Bradshaw's was one of only two places that quoted less than $75, and it was the more affordable of those two places. They were also able to get us scheduled within a week. The employees were direct, helpful, and friendly. Overall, it cost less than $30 (not including the oil/filter). This also included a multi-point inspection, which didn't end up recommending any additional services, which we really appreciate. Also, as a plus, there are a few coffee shops within walking distance to go while you wait. Highly recommend Bradshaw's for an affordable, quality oil change.

good fast diagnosis and repair a little expensive

great work and great price.

I had a few problems on my truck I had paid another mechanic to fix and was broken again within weeks. I went to Bradshaw because it was close to home. They got my truck running again quickly and affordable. These guys know what they're doing and we're helpful and friendly. If I ever need any work done I'm coming back to them in a heart beat. I gave them this old T.V. that's been in a closet for years. Because this is a much better home.

This is probably the first place in a few decades that I’ve gone to and left feeling overly positive about. They were kind, honest, even paid for a ride to get me home after dropping off my vehicle. Pricing was fair and the work so far seems to be excellent quality. I didn’t feel they jumped to the most expensive fixes or tried to upsell me on anything extra. Would recommend 100%

My car broke down in Portland but I don't live there so I had to do some remote coordinating and Shannon at Bradshaw's was an absolute dream to work with! In a world of other shops leaving me asking more questions than I got answered, Shannon was delightful, honest, and attentive! Not to mention, they got the work done quickly and reasonably and through the process they were all super communicative and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone!! Every business needs a Shannon!!

Very helpful. Solved a difficult problem on my old truck. Highly recomended.

Bradshaw’s is the best. They always do a great job with the best customer service.

Good job as usual. Easy to schedule work that was done on time .

Great service. Excellent attention to details. Truck is running like new again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Either incompetence, laziness, shear disregard or techs are overworked but I took used vehicle here to do a pre-purchase inspection. Well alot of things they said were completely fine and "passed"ended up not being fine. Do not trust this place!!!

Had gone to two different mechanics over the course of months to get to the bottom of an annoying chirping squeaking sound my car was making. I had a feeling it was break related but both told me it didn’t have to do with my breaks. Got recommended this spot. With the initial diagnostic they told me it had to do the my dust covers(?) touching my rotors but right when I left their shop the sound started up again. I called back to let them know the sound was still happening and they immediately let me come back by to tinker around some more. They finally determined that this little metal piece with my breaks (I don’t remember what it was called) was coming between my breaks and rotor and was the source of all the noise. It’s been a couple of days since and NO NOISE! I can’t believe they got rid of it and gave me back my (and everyone I drove by’s) sanity! I also appreciate that they text you their diagnosis, the option to approve recommended repairs and payment plans. I love this shop forever.

I love this place! It is so comforting not to have to worry about being taken advantage of or being overcharged or racism. In this day and age AWESOME customer service is a rarity. Bradshaw’s scores a 10 any day of the week. From the phone interaction to the in person meet when I picked up the vehicle the service was consistently good. Then to top it off the work done on my vehicle was complete, thorough and professional. Many thanks to John! I hope you all are successfully running Bradshaws for years to come. Blessings!

Steve, Shannon and the whole team are just great! We have been going to them for all our work since they opened on Fremont. Trust them with all our vehicles.

I really appreciated the way Bradshaw's handled a water intrusion issue with my car. They worked with me when I was worried it was still leaking and went above and beyond to help try to dry the car out. John was especially patient and helpful. Would definitely return in the future with any auto repair needs.

Setting appointments is VERY easy and communication is great. Work is warrantied and done professionally. This shop has turned out to be a great replacement for my retired mechanic of 20 years. They're certainly worth a try if you're in need of good work on your vehicles.

Amazing staff, great customer service, and I'm so very appreciative they were able to diagnose the problem with my car and have it repaired same day. Of course, not always possible depending on parts and labor, but able to do on the fly. Strongly recommend- and can take payments online, which while I'm at work makes it so much easier. Thank you all so much!!

john and the crew at bradshaw’s were amazing. quick, efficient and friendly.

Friendly and trustworthy. Bradshaw's is a family-owned and ran business, and they take pride in their work. I've been a customer for over 6 years now. While I hate paying for car repairs, I appreciate that my money is being well spent. Thank you Shanon and the rest of Bradshaw's team for keeping my vehicles safe and drivable.

Efficient, honest, thorough, and competent. I totally trust Bradshaw and its excellent staff. They pointed out that my tires needed to be replaced when I went there for a winter tune-up, and they were right. They offered to do the job, but in truth, I've been waiting for this day because I smile every single time I go past Lovely Tires and Wheels on SE 82nd, and I welcomed the chance to support another small business. Lovely Tires! It's the owner's surname, but I think of Alexander McCall Smith every time I see that name.

Super fast and friendly service!

Bradshaw's staff made sure the small after-market part fit and could do its job before sending me on my way. No waiting. Wonderful service.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and tried to get me in as soon as possible, even though they were very busy. Getting that oil change was super important to me! And I got it first thing next morning! I'll go back!

Ask for Shannon. She will take good care of you! They do excellent work and keep my car running-it has never let me down.

A friendly, trusted service provider who treats you with respect and feels like family.

I brought my wife’s car in for a transmission service, oil change, and inspection. The customer service was great from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and transparent about everything. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated that there were no pushy sales tactics. Pricing was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend this shop to others!

Definitely can trust this shop. Great service and always friendly!! Been using for years and never had any issues. Recently took our car in for something, and they communicated clearly what service they suggested. They even gave options incase we didn’t/couldn’t do the full recommended service. The owner gave an interview on the City Cast Portland podcast awhile ago if you want to go take a listen to how great the owner is

My car died on me and these guys came recommended by my neighbor. I was able to bring my car in to get looked at, diagnosed, and fixed quickly. They were very easy to communicate and work with. I’d been looking for a new mechanic to go to, and after this experience I will absolutely be returning.

My go-to place for quality, professional and trustworthy work. Awesome mechanics.

This review is way overdue because I've been going to these guys for auto service for years and you should absolutely make them your auto repair shop! I am not a "car guy" at all, and have to trust my mechanic not to take advantage of my lack of automotive expertise. I have complete faith in Bradshaw's. They've always been straight shooters and have never steered (no pun intended) me wrong. John at the front desk is always upfront and never oversells their service 100% 5-star service!

I needed an alternator and battery, my car died on a work day. After looking at reviews and the recommendation by AAA, I chose Bradshaws to call. They got my car in fast the next day. They were easy to communicate with and polite, answered my questions. So far my car seems to be running great since they worked on it. I'd probably go back there for these reasons, even though I was told by some people that the price they charged was a little high. Sometimes it's worth the peace of mind, and their recent reviews were great so I felt confident in letting them work on my car.

Honest, trustworthy professionals! We bring our Toyota camry and ford truck- they service all.
