Awesome service! They picked up my car, worked on it, and delivered it back to me which I think is well beyond the norm. I really appreciated the excellent service.

Would check more stars if there were more. I have taken my cars to Bradshaws for years. I recently had an issue and had a friend that told me to take it to another friend who owns a shop. He looked over the issue I was having with my Power Steering and quoted me 900 to 1200 dollars. I said thanks and moved on. I ten decided to take it to Bradshaws (if Im dumping 1200.00 I wanted it to be where I know for sure it will get done). Thinking we are going to be without the car for days, I was shocked to get a call three hours after the tow truck dropped it off to tell me it was done, Then the shock of all shocks, the total for the repair was $190 bucks. I was speechless, and grateful beyond belief. Thank you Bradshaw's for being the best of the best. I won't let any other shop put air in my tires, these guys are "MY MECHANIC's and they should be yours!Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!Tom M.

They act like they have nothing to hide. Good people trying to help motorists. I thought my alternator had died and had it towed to Bradshaws. They are AAA approved and my truck was towed without me having to be there. They called me up and told me it was just my battery. They could have played me and I wouldn't have known the difference. They are not like a Toyota dealer! I bought my battery at Costco and installed it in their parking lot. Costco batts are cheaper. Better - I don't know? Happy with the experience because I know that I didn't get ripped off. You know that feeling inside that you just got robbed - like I used to get going to the Toyota dealership. I recommend them because I think they are honest. They were with me anyway.

having a car again after 20 years, I was a little freaked about getting work done on it. I was told by different family members to watch out for mechanics that take advantage of you - not here at Bradshaw's. They were up front with what I needed work on as well as able to work around my schedule or service my car while i was out of town. I truly appreciate their honesty and friendly customer service. I will be using them again.

Going to the mechanic is like going to the dentist- the prospect of going is never pleasant, but a good practitioner will make it as painless as possible, explain what they're doing and why, and help you prevent bigger problems in the future without unnecessarily draining your bank account. I have yet to find a dentist that fulfills all of these criteria, but Bradshaw's totally fits the bill when it comes to care care. I ended up there on a fluke when a dire car emergency (see: broken bearing gets into transmission) forced me to pull into the closest car place. On my birthday. Ugh. Being completely car clueless and a little type A, I was of course totally freaked out about not knowing what was going on or how much it was going to cost me. Within 15 minutes, the staff had my car up in the air, gave me a promise to have a diagnosis, and I was on my way to work. Without going into additional detail (it was a REALLY crummy day), I made it there JUST as they were closing, only to find that there was no fixing the car until the new transmission (that they found used at a great price) arrived the next day. I had no ride home, the car rental places were closed, and I was sans phone. The day was totally rescued, though- the manager arranged a rental from a local dealership at a super reduced rate and took the time to give me a ride there. My car was fixed within the next 24 hours, given a nice wash, and I've taken the blue beast there any time I've needed help since.

Like most people, I'm at the mercy of the mechanic when it comes to auto repairs. That's why I want to feel like I'm doing business with an establishment that has integrity. That's exactly the feeling I got when I recently took my Subaru in to Bradshaw's for new brakes. I expected to spend hundreds on new brakes that day. Instead, the mechanic told me that my vehicle still had plenty of life left in the pads and that I didn't need to service it. Preventing me from spending a bundle of cash on unnecessary maintenance is a solid in my book. So far, I've only had minor maintenance completed here, but it's inevitable that my car will need some kind of major service in the future. When it does, I'll definitely be bringing it back to this business. Major bonuses: ASE certified technicians and they warranty their work.
