8.4.14After leaving my last review, I was contacted by the manager of Bradshaws. She left me both a voicemail and a message on Yelp asking me to call her to explain my frustrations. She heard me out, apologized for my frustrations and refunded me the diagnostic fee. I am very impressed with the prompt action she took to address my concerns. I have since taken my car to another service center, and she asked me to keep her apprised of what my cars problem is so they can use this information in the future. I will bring my car back to Bradshaws after this and give them another chance. She has asked me to continue to give her feedback about my experiences to make sure all is running smoothly.Thank you.
