"Friendly, timely and accomadating" called the Hawthorn shop first because we had had work done there before and were pleased with the results. Jason suggested I call Johnny at the Fremont shop to see if they could get us in sooner than he could, so I did and they could. We took the car in, they checked it out and told us what was wrong. It was too late in the day to get the needed parts to do the repairs that day, so we were to go back the next day at 9:00 am. That same night we received a call from Johnny saying they couldn't get all the parts until around around lunchtime could we come in at 1:00 pm . I was pleased that they had called to inform us of the change in time. ( I got to sleep in) We took the car in and left it, Johnny called to give as an update and get our approval before going ahead with the added repair. The bill was not as bad as we thought it would be . We did get some not too good news. We have three choices, we can replace, repair or get rid of the car as it will be needing transmission work soon. We are very pleased with the service and care we received from them. We will be back. An added bonus is that they are much easier to get to.
