They take great care of my vehicle and me. The vice president is a woman and I'm pretty sure that contributes to me feeling respected. I feel more like a collaborator in the care of my car instead of just another customer

Charged for a pulley that was never installed. They refunded my money but VERY SUSPICIOUS nonetheless. Also, the original problem I brought it in for wasn't fixed and when I approached Tom about it he stated "that's not really why you brought it in." Apparently, I miss work, my son misses school, I called a tow truck, waited in the street for an hour, thereby missing eight days of work, then accrued a $1,500 bill with money I don't have AND THEN FAILED TO MENTION THAT MY CAR ISN'T STARTING WHEN I FINALLY GET IT TO THE MECHANIC??!! Ridiculous!! That is literally the WHOLE REASON I brought it in. Tom does not want to guarantee his shoddy work. Don't bother!
