Today, I had an amazing experience at Bradshaw's! My review may seem lengthy, but it's important to know how Bradshaw's pulled through for me this afternoon. I drive a BMW 3-Series, and would normally take it to BMW Portland for any services I need. I had an appointment scheduled with BMW today at 11:40am for a rear brake, rotor, and sensor replacement. Upon scheduling the week before, I asked for a price quote. I was originally quoted $447.00. I called back this last Wednesday to confirm appointment, and again, wanted to double-check the quote. I was then quoted around $500.00. I decided to keep said appointment anyway; even after the price had gone up. We arrived for my appointment this morning and was met by my service advisor. He explained that my car might not be ready until Monday, as they needed the entire day to replace the parts and did not do service on Saturdays. I said I would figure it out. I asked him what the exact price was going to be for this service. He looked at his computer screen and told me it was going to be $580-600. At this point I was becoming frustrated and told them I'm going to step outside and think about this. I remember a friend telling me in the past about a place called Bradshaw's in Portland, and how happy they were with their experience. I googled Bradshaw's number and spoke with a guy who gave me a quote within minutes, for the same service. He quoted me $499.00 for original BMW parts, and this also included a brake fluid flush (which BMW wanted to charge more money for). I asked if they could get my car in today, he said they could. I said I could be there in 15 minutes or so. We arrived around 1pm, and was greeted by friendly staff. He explained they ordered the parts and they would arrive in around 20 minutes. I was impressed! He told me my car would be done in about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. I was impressed again! My partner and I went to a place nearby and had lunch. We then walked around for a bit looking at shops. It was pleasant. We walked back to Bradshaw's around 2:45pm and my car was just being finished. Ahead of schedule! We waited a few minutes and he explained the process in great detail to me. In the minutes we waited, other customers had come in and out, and also seemed very happy with Bradshaw's. The atmosphere there was pleasant. The staff was laughing, having a good time, and appeared to enjoy what they did. It also made us enjoy being there. It was time to pay. My total came to $474.51! Less than what they had originally quoted me! It didn't take as long, so they charged accordingly. I was ever so impressed. From the first phone call, to checking out, I had an amazing experience at Bradshaw's! I was even happy to hand over my credit card to pay because I was so impressed!If I could give higher than a 5-star rating, I absolutely would! Thank you so much to everyone at Bradshaw's!
