Steve and the crew have a system in place for COVID19 distancing and are prompt with their service. I was told by another auto service that my brakes were in need of replacing so I decided to try Bradshaws. They found that my brakes will be good for at least another year but I had a leaking seal at the rear axle that had soaked the parking brake shoes. They replaced the seal and shoes and were done by 2 PM so I could pick my wife up from work. I'll be back next year for brakes.

Bradshaw’s service has always been quality and finished within a good time frame. I’m so happy with everything that they do. I would be more than happy to tell anyone if they need auto service they should go to Bradshaw’s auto repair.

Asked for an online estimate a few weeks prior to working with Bradshaw’s for a ball joint replacement and full clutch assembly replacement. Their estimate was very quick and fair. I ended up replacing the clutch assembly, clutch master cylinder, all 4 shocks, the front right upper and lower ball joint, rear pinion seal, and valve cover gasket. The repairs were taken care of within 2 days and were very fairly priced. I drove 1K over the next two days after picking it my vehicle up and I have to say that everything feels solid and I’m happy to be back on the road. Many thanks to Andy and the technicians!

Thanks again for making my dear 1998 Nissan pickup peppy and safe enough to make it where we need to go! It may not be the most beautiful ride, but Bradshaw’s treats my truck ( and me) with respect . They are honest and thorough and I feel safer after having them work on my truck. They have told me what needs to be done and have prioritized the work for safety. They have done a great job of being careful during the recent pandemic.

I had a wonderful experience with Bradshaws Auto Repair! Amazing customer service! Even with my Ford Escape not being worth the money needed to bring it back to life, Bradshaws and specifically, Andy, went above and beyond. He explored every viable option to fix my car. He sent me updates along the way. He contacted and referenced experts who had dealt with similar hybrid issues. I even called the dealership to see if they could help, and they told me they had spoken to someone at Bradshaws with the same issue. It had been my car! Bradshaws had called the dealership as well to see what could be done and how much the parts were. So I know they really did all they could and I appreciate it. I work in customer service and I understand it’s difficult to deliver unfortunate news, but I’m still happy I chose them to look at my car. I would recommend Bradshaws over and over again. Once I get a new car, if anything happens, I’ll definitely be taking it to Bradshaws.

This was a friendly place and easy to work with. I only went for an emissions test and it was quick. I would give 5 stars but neither of the two men inside the office were wearing masks and one man asked for my keys, went inside my car to turn it on and then handed the keys to me without gloves or an effort to wipe down the surfaces he had touched. This is my first time having an emissions test done somewhere other than the DEQ but I have never had someone else enter my car and turn it on for me and I would have preferred not to have that be the case with an unmasked, ungloved stranger during a pandemic.

This is my favorite Portland auto shop. I am loyal to them because they are loyal to their customers and they are incredible mechanics. Highly recommend!

Thought my AC was toast and would be super expensive to fix. They found the issue and fixed it the same day. I ended up spend a tenth of what I feared.

Asked them to inspect and fix issues with car that daughter then used to travel to LA. Made me feel much, much better about daughter’s safety.
